The Survival Skills experience takes place on privately owned woodland in the Brecon Beacons National park.
We have access to over 240 acres of the most scenic and remote woodland and guarantee your own exclusive site with stunning views all around.
On arrival your group will set up a Parachute canopy that will act as shelter and base for your stay. You will be taught essential survival skills that will enable you to create a functioning expedition camp.
Survival skills typically include:
- Emergency Shelter Building
- Friction Fire and other methods
- Finding and purifying water
- Navigation
- Wilderness cooking
Food included in your trip
On a 1 night trip you can expect something along the following lines, although this may vary depending on seasonality / dietary requirements etc.
Dinner: Prepare a whole fish and incorporate into a fish stew or similar
Breakfast - bacon rolls, toast, tea & coffee.
Bring a packed lunch with you.
You are more than welcome to bring extra food to cook on the fire.

- 2 fleece or jumpers, 2 shirts

- Spare clothing / underwear (at least 2 sets).
- Small towel and personal toiletries
- Torch with spare batteries
- Any alcoholic beverages
- Possibly some snacks & chocolate, biscuits etc...
