  Please wear suitable clothing for the weather/ground conditions on the day. Long sleeves, long trousers together with suitable footwear should be worn.  If the weather is poor please allow for the clothing to get muddy/dusty/wet.  Spectators are welcome on the understanding that they sign a declaration of indemnity and on payment of £5 per person.

  Bookings

  Your event is confirmed on receipt of a deposit payment or full payment. A final number of participants must be submitted with full payment prior to the event date.  Once final numbers off participants have been submitted this is the amount you will be charged for your event.  There are no refunds available for non attending participants.  The event date that has been booked is non transferable and any deposit or payment will be forefitted should your group be unable to attend then event.

  Bad weather or other unavoidable circumstances at the venue

  If an activity is cancelled due to bad weather or any other unavoidable circumstances by the venue, your booking will be re-scheduled to a mutually convenient date for you and us. You can choose a date up to three months after the original booked date. If we are prepared to run the activities, you will not be eligible for re-scheduling. In these circumstances, a customer’s decision not to take part is deemed that the booking has been cancelled and charges as stated will apply.

  Arrival Times

  You must be ready to take part in your booked activity. No participant may take part in any activities without first attending a safety briefing as per your confirmation. The booking will be treated as a cancellation in the event of late arrival with the loss of all monies. Please take arrival times seriously, please allow for any possible delays on route to the venue.

  Exclusion from the venue

  We have the right at all times, to refuse participants access to the booked activity at any stage of the booking and ask you to leave the premises if in our opinion the participants are under the permitted age, be under the influence of alcohol or drugs, have arrived too late to take part in the safety briefing, consider you to be a danger to yourself, other participant’s or members of staff. Aggressive OR abusive behaviour will not be tolerated. If any these occurrences apply, the booking will have been deemed to have been cancelled with no refunds.

  Personal Safety/ Health Requirements

  Whilst all of our activities are safe as they can be, given their inherit physical dangers, it MUST be understood that all safety instructions, directions, warnings and all other instructions must be followed at all times during your event. You must listen carefully to all safety instructions and ensure you are wearing any safety equipment provided. If in any doubt you must seek further guidance and help from your instructor. You must not attempt to go beyond your capabilities or engage in risky or daring behaviour other than what is involved in the activity itself. It is given that you undertake the activity with the full understanding of the risks involved and accept responsibility for your own safety together with that of any minors for whom you have responsibility. You will be asked to sign a disclaimer before taking part in any of our activities to say you are mentally and medically fit and well. If you are in any doubt about the suitability of the activity for you, you must check with your GP prior to making the booking. If you refuse to sign a disclaimer you will not be able to take part and such an action will be treated as a cancellation (no refunds will be given). Dogs are not permitted.

  Light refreshments, i.e. tea/coffee and confectionary, are available at the venue. Please note that there are no lunch/catering facilities. (NO REFRESHEMENTS ARE AVAILABLE DUE TO COVID 19 until further notice).
