Now the boring bit! We understand that you'll be on a stag weekend and everyone wants to have a good time. No problem! We encourage to you to enjoy yourselves, but it's important to be respectful of your surroundings, particularly canal boat residents - people who live on their own canal boat. Keep them happy and you're on to a winner. Loud music and dancing topless on top of the boat tends not to go down so well....just saying :-)
Prices range from somewhere between £140pp and £200pp and the average price is approx £170pp we would suggest.
Seasonality and group size are the biggest factors to consider. As a rule of thumb, prices tend to be higher during the school holidays (half terms, easter and summer holidays). However group size also plays it's part because this will determine how many boats you need. By law you can have up to 12 people on a self skippered boat in the UK. A group of 13+ will need two boats by default.
The best thing to do is get in touch with and we can send you some more accurate prices based on your specific scenario.
